Essence of Hope Fundraiser
Spreading Fragrance and Hope Throughout Westminster School
Building on from our previous successes such as the marathon fundraiser, the Westminster school UNICEF club recently hosted an "Essence of Hope" fundraiser. Following from several complaints regarding the smell in their boarding houses, our society decided to raise money for charity through selling handmade diffusers, filling both the dormitories and classrooms with hope and pleasure.
Event Day: Monday 16th
A Day of Community and Charity
On Monday 16th, UNICEF club members, sporting their colourful blue T-shirts, flocked to the yard to set up the stalls, help out with advertisement and photograph for our social media.

Likewise, all of the £300+ we raised went to UNICEF, creating a cycle of hope and charity that fit with the theme of the event.

Our club has proved the possibility of fundraising in Westminster and shown that useful products will be bought out. Following on from this success, we are planning to expand our fundraising reach to outside the school with events for Halloween and other seasonal celebrations.
